Exercising is the Ultimate Self Care

For many of us our lives are scheduled around our work, spouses, children, household duties, family, etc. It seems like we are unable to find even 20 minutes for a little me time. But neglecting our health at the expense of a busy schedule is dangerous. How can we expect to live a healthy life and be the best and healthiest version of ourselves if we are not active. Being the best version of ourselves is a body and mind duo. It is extremely important that we carve out at least 30 minutes a few times out of the week to get our bodies moving. That can be anything such as dancing, jump roping, hula hooping, walking, rollerblading, yoga, HIIT workouts, etc.
