It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible. If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.
The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?
Once an order has shipped, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation. Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
An order can be canceled at anytime before it is processed and a shipping label/tracking code is created. Please email email@example.com with your order number to cancel prior to the order being processed. We are not able to cancel an order once it is fully processed and entered for shipment.
