Since we are unable to verify if products have been opened, we are unable to accept any returns.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have up to 3 days, including the date of delivery, to notify us of any issues regarding your order so that we can investigate and/or open a claim with USPS. We will need photos of items, shipping boxes, and labels. You can contact us at support@sanaisskin.com. If you have experienced an issue due to the handling of shipping please contact USPS. Otherwise an invoice can be emailed to you for shipping and handling; once fulfilled your new order will be shipped out.

Exchanges 
We understand that life can change quickly, and mistakes happen and with that your pending order may require an adjustment. It is our pleasure to help you with your needs, just email us with your name and order number and we will be happy to correct your order. Once the order has shipped we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
